Organization and communication of the opening of the second Transgourmet Culinary Institute and publication of the first TRENDBOOK (2019) in the history of Transgourmet and Selgros Cash&Carry.

The activities

Opening the Culinary Institute is one of the most important events for Transgourmet and Selgros Cash & Carry, as well as the entire HoReCa industry. The Institute provides space for chefs to exchanging experiences, where the training and workshops are run by top chefs from Poland, France, Austria, Switzerland and Germany.

The event was accompanied by the publication of the first TRENDBOOK in the history of Transgourmet and Selgros Cash&Carry, where culinary experts from Poland and abroad presented the latest trends in cooking, managing restaurants, wine tasting and confectionaries.

The opening ceremony attracted the most recognised chefs from Poland and abroad, the National Team of Poland’s Chefs, attendees of the Les Chefs en Or contest, members of the Polish Association of Chefs and Confectioners and the journalists invited by Q&A and the client.

The relations established during the event resulted in large-scale, valuable communication by collaborating with recognised culinary bloggers, who were among the first to visit the Culinary Institute.

What is more, we started cooperation with the key influencers in gastronomy: Taste The Best, Muffin Love, Pyza Made in Poland, Po Prostu Pycha, Gotuj z Kuroniem, Gają Kuroń. They all attended the opening of the Culinary Institute.
